Staying up-to-date with vehicle repairs, industry trends and technology, Olson Tire & Auto Service will be installing a Side-Load Finishing System from Global Finishing Solutions® (GFS). Olson’s system will be similar to GFS’ working body shop at their Center for Excellence training facility — a fully equipped body shop with top-of-the-line paint booths and prep areas, integrated and mobile REVO Accelerated Curing Systems, paint mixing rooms and other body shop equipment.

Ultra XD Paint BoothFeatures downdraft airflow, GFS’ exclusive Controlled Airflow Ceiling that increases the booth’s overall spray zone — allowing technicians to paint more parts in each booth cycle.
REVO Rapid MC2The REVO Rapid MC2 (mobile cart) can be moved quickly around a shop wherever needed and features dual temperature sensors to cure two different substrates at the same time.
REVO HandheldThe REVO Handheld a lightweight tool used for fast spot repairs. It cures fillers and coatings in three minutes or less, can soften glass seals, heat up aluminum to repair aluminum-body vehicles, push out a dent, as well as remove emblems, vinyl graphics and adhesives.

The Side-Load System will allow vehicles to be moved quickly and easily between work bays on the integrated track and dolly system. This innovative system includes Ultra XD Closed-Top Open-Front (CTOF) Booth and Ultra XD Paint Booth. Also included are an Ultra XD Mix Room, REVO Rapid MC2 and REVO Handheld — mobile curing units that can be easily moved around the shop for added efficiency.
